Famtech Warranty
It is the policy of FAMTECH, to warrant that all repairs done are free of defects in workmanship and material for a period of one year for all electronic circuit boards and six months for motor control drives. If there is any breach of warranty, FAMTECH sole liability under all condition, at its sole discretion is to repair, correct or replace any defect to conform to this warranty or refund the payments received from customer.
The aforesaid is in lieu of any other warranty or guarantee expressed or implied and FAMTECH will not be responsible for any expenses (installation and removal), inconvenience or consequential damage, including injury to any person caused by the unit repaired.
This warranty will not apply to items that fail due to misapplication, improper handling, application, installation, storage, abnormal temperature, corrosive conditions or moisture.
